We try hard to get back to everyone promptly, but we are a small BMX rider owned shop. It’s hard to get back to everyone on the phone.
We try our hardest to get online orders shipped out asap. Orders usually ship same day or next business day. We don’t have a shipping department, but we realize everyone wants to ride their bike asap.
If arriving in person at the shop knock loud or give us a ring, it might not look like it, but we are here.
